Burberry brings floral craft and British codes to SS27
Daniel Lee combined checks, floral embroidery and modern silhouettes in Burberry’s latest London collection.

Burberry presented its Spring/Summer 2027 collection in London under creative director Daniel Lee, combining the house’s familiar British codes with a more decorative approach.
The show featured trench coats, checked short suits, skirt suits and lightweight outerwear, with embroidered floral motifs appearing across several looks.
Mimosa and lavender embroidery was applied to coats, shoes and menswear, while the collection also mixed sheer fabrics, stripes, sequins and red decorative details. Denim and trouser chains introduced a more urban element to the menswear.
The collection reflects Burberry’s current effort to balance recognizable heritage products with a broader fashion proposition. The trench remained an important reference, but Lee treated it through colour, embroidery and lighter proportions rather than relying only on the traditional khaki version. The show also reinforced London’s role in Burberry’s current creative storytelling.
