Seoul Fashion Week FW26: Contrast as Concept
Experimental draping, streetwear statements and unconventional outerwear defined the February edition.

Seoul Fashion Week's Autumn/Winter 2026 edition, held 3 to 8 February at Dongdaemun Design Plaza, showcased 24 brands, 15 of which hosted full runway presentations.
The season's defining thread was contrast: experimental draping shared runway time with pure streetwear statements, while designers reworked underwear as an unlikely styling element throughout the week. Outerwear got particular attention, with brands presenting thick wool coats and complete outdoor gear — tents included — alongside more conventional winter pieces.
One label built an entire collection around deconstructed military garments reassembled into sculpted bodysuits and softened field jackets, a look widely cited as among the season's most discussed. For an event now firmly established alongside Tokyo and Shanghai in the Asian fashion week calendar, the edition reinforced Seoul's particular strength: experimental ideas that still land as genuinely wearable.
