The luxury story at Marina Bay Sands is less about one new arrival than about the concentration of fashion, watches, jewellery and premium retail within The Shoppes.

The destination currently houses more than 170 luxury and premium boutiques, including flagship and duplex spaces, and describes itself as home to the world’s only floating Louis Vuitton Island Maison. Its 2026 retail programme continues to feature international fashion houses alongside beauty, jewellery and lifestyle names.

That density has changed the role of luxury retail in Singapore. The modern luxury address is no longer simply a place to shop. It is an environment where architecture, hospitality, dining, fashion and brand storytelling are designed to operate together.
